My name is Lauren and I have been doing massage since 2006.  I graduated from the Wellness and Massage Training Institute in Woodridge in 2008 and will be completing my Advanced Massage Training and my Associates Degree in Therapeutic Massage in the Fall of 2010.  My specialties include Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Swedish and Prenatal massage.

In my spare time I enjoy playing with my dog, Bebe, an adorable little beagle.  I also enjoy music, dancing, and movies.  I am excited to meet all the patients here at Holland Chiropractic and assist them on their paths to wellness!
