Hello! My name is Carrie Crozier-Arena. I am originally from
Central Illinois and moved to Darien in 2004.  I graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in Anthropology, where I specialized in primate behavior.
I realized that this wasn't the path for me and decided to pursue a career in massage therapy to develop and promote my passion for
a healthy lifestyle. I attended The Soma Institute in Chicago, graduating as a massage therapist in 2004. I have also always had
a passion for learning and decided that I wanted to continue my education in therapy.  I went to Midwestern University in Downers Grove from 2006-2009 and attained my Doctorate degree in
Physical Therapy.  I currently work full time as a pediatric
physical therapist in an outpatient and neonatal intensive care
setting. I am happy to also be a part of the Holland Chiropractic
team where I am able to help people of all ages achieve and
maintain their full functional potential!
