Hello! My name is Carrie Crozier-Arena. I'm originally from Central Illinois and moved to Darien in 2004. I graduated from Southern Illinois University
Carbondale in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in Anthropology, where I specialized in primate behavior. Realizing that this wasn't the path for me, I decided to pursue a career in massage therapy to develop and
promote my passion for a healthy lifestyle. I attended The Soma Institute in Chicago, graduating as a massage therapist in 2004. Having always had a passion for learning I decided to continue my
education in physical therapy. I went to Midwestern University in Downers Grove from 2006-2009 and attained my Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Currently, I work full time as a pediatric physical therapist in
an outpatient and neonatal intensive care setting. I am so happy to also be a part of the Holland Chiropractic team where I am able to
help people of all ages achieve and maintain their full functional potential!
In August of 2009, I was married to my husband, John. When I'm not working,
I can be found spending time with our American bulldog, Frazier, and our two cats. I love being outdoors, reading, and traveling. I am a vegetarian and feel that eating right, being physically active, and
having a positive attitude are the keys to a healthy life!
